Liquid Lipstick formulated on volatile oils and a silicone resin, the liquid lipstick dries very quickly after its application, forming a flexible film on the skin. For a shiny effect, apply lip care moisturizer “Lip Care” above lipstick. For a powdery effect, apply “HD Powder“.
